Brandon Dillard started his career journey straight out of high school, joining Community Education with a determination to make a meaningful impact. Despite lacking prior leadership experience, Dillard’s story serves as a testament to the value of working within this organization.
“I learned a lot by working at Community Education,” Dillard says. “My biggest challenge was being a young person in charge of students and staff, trying to act like I knew what I was doing in any situation.”
“Dealing with students, parents, teachers, and leaders of all kinds helped prepare me for the job I have today.” Dillard has his Paramedic Associate of Applied Science (AAS) and climbed the ladder from an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to a Paramedic in the emergency medical services field. Dillard is currently a Lieutenant/Paramedic-CC/IC at Robertson County EMS in TN.
Dillard and his wife have a daughter and four dogs rounding out their family.
