Applications must be received on or before July 15 to be guaranteed attendance in our programs on the first day of school (August 8 for both school districts).


Super Summer Club for children completing grades K-3 and Camp Extreme for children completing grades 4-8 begins May 24 for Bowling Green Independent School District and June 1 for Warren County Public Schools and continues through Aug. 3 (except for May 28 and July 4). Hours for the camps are 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily.

Both Super Summer Club and Camp Extreme are at the newly named Bowling Green Independent Schools’ Learning Center at 503 Old Morgantown Road.

Enrollment Fee is $60 per account

Part-Time enrollment is currently full. We will be keeping a waiting list for any additional families that wish to participate should an opening occur. It is on a first come, first served basis. Please call our office for further details.

NEW THIS YEAR-SURCHARGE FOR WEEKLY ATTENDANCE ADJUSTMENTS: Once registration is complete, we will only accept changes through May 4 for the weeks your child is to attend. After May 4 there will be a $50 surcharge for each change made in the number of weeks your child will attend. Examples include but are not limited to: If your child does not attend a week you had registered for, your cost will be $50. If you add a week that previously you did not register your child for, or you wish to switch one week for another, there will be a $50 fee in addition to the regular weekly fee. This change is occurring for two reasons. Because we have not had an accurate projection of when students were going to attend, we were expecting students who did not show up. This kept other families who were on the waiting list from being able to participate, and we want to serve as many families as possible in need of summer programming. In addition, changes in attendance that we do not expect result in overspending in personnel and supply costs, which drives up the cost for everyone.

Payment Options

We offer a variety of ways that you can pay to enroll your child for our services and/or your monthly fees.  Below is a list of payment options for you to choose from:

  1. If you are a current client, you should already have access to your MyProcare parent portal (you can click here to be taken to MyProcare parent portal.) You can go to that site and make your payment at this time.
  2. If you are a new client, we will send you a link to your MyProcare parent portal after we process your application so that you may register and pay that fee online. If you have any questions about that registration process or have any difficulty making that payment, please contact our office at 270-842-4281.
  3. If you do not want to register for an online account, you can call our office and pay your enrollment fee over the phone using your debit or credit card at 270-842-4281.
  4. Payments by cash, check, or credit card will also be accepted in our office.  We are located at 1227 Westen Avenue, Bowling Green, KY 42104.
