EXTREME Summer Club (ESC)

Extreme Summer Club serves students who have completed grades kindergarten through 6th and student groups will be organized by grade level.

Community Education’s goal is to provide a safe and engaging summer program at minimal cost to participants. Fun and enriching activities are planned for the following developmental areas: self and social awareness, creative expression, cognitive expansion, physical development, and recreational pursuits.

2024 Extreme Summer Club

Limited to 140 students per week.

  • As of 4/19/24, we reached our initial capacity of 140 students plus a full waitlist and will not be accepting any more applications for ESC.

Extreme Summer Club will be held at Bowling Green Learning Center,  503 Old Morgantown Rd., from May 28 – Aug. 1. The program will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (M-F) and breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.

Application Fee: Enrollment is $30 per account (non-refundable) if paid within 7 days of our request, and $60 after that time. Non-payment within 15 days of request invalidates your enrollment. No fees are charged for families who are on the wait-list.

Weekly Fees:  ESC is $150 per week, per student. Payments will be accepted online or by phone, no payments will be accepted on-site.

Payment Information

We offer a variety of ways that you can pay to enroll your child for our services and/or your monthly fees.  Below is a list of payment options for you to choose from:

  1. If you are a current client, you should already have access to your MyProcare parent portal (you can click here to be taken to MyProcare parent portal.) You can go to that site and make your payment at this time.
  2. If you are a new client, we will send you a link to your MyProcare parent portal after we process your application so that you may register and pay that fee online. If you have any questions about that registration process or have any difficulty making that payment, please contact our office at 270-842-4281.
  3. If you do not want to register for an online account, you can call our office and pay your enrollment fee over the phone using your debit or credit card at 270-842-4281.
  4. Payments by cash, check, or credit card will also be accepted in our office.  We are located at 1227 Westen Street, Bowling Green, KY 42104. 

*The debit or credit cards accepted online or in office are American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
